well we too have a sliding roof wagonaire a 64 daytona, looking for info on the headliner and if anybody has a pattern to make one-been looking almost a year and nobody that I have found yet makes them (liability because of sliding roof and leaking issues) so I guess I will try to make one.....suggestions.....thanks for any help in the right direction

No one makes a reproduction headliner for the sliding roof Wagonaire - the material was a special pressboard that hasn't been made since. The material was also used in Avantis and some mid-60's Ramblers, but no one makes the material for those cars eaither (a fiberglass reproduction exists for Avantis though but it won't help). My 63 Wagonaire's headliner was in good enough condition (barely) to save for patterns. I plan to make new panels out of perforated aluminum - provided I can source the pieces in the correct sizes. It will be fairly expensive, but the finished, powder-coated headliner should look great.

Got this old girl loaded and to the shop today. It'll get a battery and some starting fluid this weekend and we'll see what's what.
Had two newly rechromed bumpers and 4 NOS bumperettes in the car in boxes so that got me excited. And it has the step on the tailgate which is a fun little bonus.

I had a 259 in my 55 president coupe when i first built it. put 1 3/4 full length duals on it, with Cherry Bombs, And She sounded better than any stocker i've ever heard.
