    ----------

I'm still looking for that rust free old car, but I guess my brother's 40 lasalle he**** is pretty close to rust free. But the wood is not all good in it, the back door is messed up.

    --------------

I saw Milo at wally world the other day, I guess he was visiting Sue, she was there offering samples of something, she works there part time. Those people are wierd!

  3. I didn't realize they were that rare:confused: Cool. I'm happy for ya!

I'm allegedly first in line for one near me, in a ba*****t, dis***embled for about 30 years:eek: It's got a NOS flathead V8, never run, plus it has dual sidemount spares.
Guess I better keep after the dude that has it

I know where there is a '64 Holiday with a 394 in good condition, it is ready to drive away. The owner wants $2500. He said the engine smokes but runs. It is in the same yard as the '48 I want to buy. This Holiday is stored in a barn with about a dozen other cars that are in better condition than the regular yard cars. The yard is just outside Eldorado Springs MO just off Hwy 54.

Wish I was better with photochop, but this would be a good pick to start. I'd say only chop the front a couple inches, and just smooth out the back so it flows better into the trunk.

Just kidding Alex, I've heard the whole story!

That is a nice chop by the way.

I should win some kind of award. Milo once gave me a quarter panel trim for my 60 Starliner for free! I tried following him through the yard once and I couldn't keep up with him. He was climbing over an around cars like a teenager.

First, I'm NO good in working in photoshop, but these are a few ideas.
Except the chop, I also shaved the door handles, gave it more of a
speedboat stance, lenghtened the rear trim mouldings, added a more "heavy"
bumper and Appletons. Some other modifications were already made on
the "whizzerick" pic I started out with. Hope you like where it's headin'...
