box to click to attach files is gone

I looked but did not see another post about this, how do you post a pic without the attach files box? and then manage attachments? thanx Doc.

 

OK maybe I'm too old and computer dumb, but I can't post photo's anymore, when I click reply and scoll down to the attachments area there is not a box to click for attachments, I don't have star photo or anything like that so what happened to the manage attachments box? any help would be nice thank you.

 

Click Go Advanced instead of reply. Works for me.
