Gday from down south,it says to introduce your self so here I is a 47 years old (mentally 18) car nut from southern New South Wales in OZ obviously,been into cars for as long as memory serves ,the only one in the family much too the confusion of said family! Spent most of my early days mucking around with old Holdens & the like. I have a 59 Chrysler Royal ,flat black,WWs,flatty 6,o/d box faithful old barge that has transported us to many a rod run with vintage van in tow. The missus's car is a 63 Dodge Polara ragtop,left hook,the only one on the road in OZ, a cool cruiser. I am in the process of piecing together a roadster p/u based on a 38 Plymouth chassis with the tube axle ,250 cube Dodge "kew" flat 6,edgey finned alloy head,twin carbs,o/d box,35 Ford wires or 34 Chrysler Airflow artillery wheels(if I can talk Trav out of them)bench seat covered with red leather from a 56 FJ Holden ,gotta love 50 year old leather. Had a lot of stuff collected over the past 30 years & then my shed burnt down so you shed some tears & start again!! So thats ME once again Gday
