Looking for someone in the Baltimore, MD area who can bend good looking lines and get all the right fittings for my '35 ford rolling ch***is. Let me know if you've got any recommendations. Thanks.

If you expand your search a few miles south, I'd highly recommend "Contemporary Cl***ics" in Silver Spring, MD, ~5 miles north of the DC beltway (#495). Rob Sunday, the owner, is a great guy.

I'll PM you his phone # if you want.

Buy some tools and do it yourself. I did mine with a cheap flare tool but would have been a lot better off spending some $$$ on a nicer tool.

Ditto. I bought the tools and the tubing from NAPA. The investment is probobly less than what you'd pay to have it done/ Took a little time to dial in perfect flares and bends. After that, it was pretty straight forward stuff and satisfying to boot.

  5. Richard EV8 Garage here on the HAMB sells a pre- bent kit with all the clamps and armor clad in all the right places. I used this on my 36 and it fell into place, couldn't of been any easier.

It's always easier to buy a kit or have someone do it but I say do it yourself. Every new skill you learn like this is another notch in your belt.

Get a good flaring tool and be patient. Brake line is cheap. Buy double what you need and go for it.
