I have a 1" Diameter bore Master Cylinder on my car right now and the pedal is lower than I feel comfortable with when I stop. Would putting a larger bore Master Cylinder help bring the pedal higher? The car has a small power booster on it now and has 4 wheel Disc Brakes. Thanks!!

yes, a larger bore mc should decrease pedal travel. It will also increase the force it takes to stop, which hopefully isn't a problem, since you have a booster.

Jim ....not allot of information to go on.

What is your brake pedal ratio?

How about some picture of the brake setup?

    Does it stop good now?
