Customs Brake parts for 53 chevy

Anyone swap out there stock front brakes on their early 50's chevy car and still have the bolts and top spacers for mounting the backing plates to the spindle. I am in need of some or at least measurements. Thanks

Do you know if a 50 Pontiac would be the same? I have a parts car that still has the stock front brakes on it.
