Anyone used this brake/clutch pedal assembly found on e-bay. I am looking for something for my 48 Olds http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0405719789&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT
I'm looking for a firewall mounted pedal too...there's a few like that one for sale on ebay, but I'm like you and don't know if they're any good.
I'm also looking. A fellow on the Hamb was saying his buddy has had good luck with a assy from a older Bronco 11. So i'm going to check it out.
If you don't mind a brake master/pedal assembly from a foreign car, then take a look at an early 90's Subaru Legacy setup. I spent a day going through the local U-Pull It yard looking at all sorts of brake setups, and when I stumbled onto the Subaru I decided it was perfect for my proect. It fits a flat firewall perfectly, and works well with a shallow dash too. The power booster is really compact and the price was fantastic at $51 for everything from the master, booster, and pedal assembly!
very well built, i have one with a reverse mount under dash master cyl, i also have one of his gas pedals and radius rod setups, very well made and heavy duty.....
