That is kind of how I was thinking.. I don't have any problem with the transmission though. If I could do that bend like you have there, and lean it over just alittle I might be able to kep the whole thing. I would like to pull it into place by tightening that little piece that goes from the pivot point to the shaft ( in my case booster) on your master cylinder.
