Technical Brakes lock after first push of pedal

Have you replaced the rubber hoses that go to the front wheel cylinders, and the one that goes to the rear end? When they go bad they sometimes act like a one way valve as the inside of the hose deteriorates.

 

Pyrodork hasn't been on this thread since April of last year. I wonder if he ever got his Dodge working right. He hasn't been on the HAMB since June last year....maybe he gave up?
