Thought I would do an introduction after seeing how other unkowns were 'savaged' for not introducing themselves! I am Clark, a 21 y/o living in London, England. I own a stock as a rock '30 A coupe with a slightly (!) breathed on B 4 banger. It is my only vehicle and is used every day. The pics which I stole from a previous Artiki post are of when I raced in the flathead meltdown (not me in the pic though).

Welcome Clark. Good to see another limey on board. Nice model A. Was the picture taken at hot rod drags. First one i missed for 10 years or so. Where you at the Ace cafe for the exucationers do. Think i saw the car there and it looked damn good for a stocker.
Welcome. I've always thought a warmed over 4 banger in a stripped down T roadster would make a cool ride. I've got too many projects, so I'm waiting for someone else to build one,then I'll ask for a ride. Your A looks like it would be a blast. Frank

Clark has forgotten to mention that his 'slightly' breathed on banger ran 18.7 @ 70 a few weeks ago, through a stock A ******, fully fendered on 19" A wires....Awesome. Hey Clark, there's copyright on those photos Good to see you on here, I didn't realise your A was your daily hack as well. Fantastic stuff... I took mine out last night for the first time since the All Ford Rally. Did a nice little run out to a pub with a few other local rods. Great fun but it's getting ****** cold at night now. Did you get my email with my postal address in for the info about oil systems? Let me know if it didn't get through to you.

If I told you about these new highly secretive, experimental gears i'd have to kill yah..... Belchers are doing them, their just finishing off the first batch as we speak. A Stock A has a 16 tooth input shaft for the box. Belchers are doing two set's one an 18 tooth and the other a 20 tooth. I'm not sure of the details of gearing, but i think this will give a higher speed in each gear and also I think they have messed with 1st and 2nd so there better spaced without the big jump into 3rd. I'm getting the 18 tooth set, the 20 is abit much for a full bodied car to pull, but great if you have a speedster though. Andrew who works there has an A speedster with 20 tooth set that will pull 60 mph in 2nd!! Not cheap though, but what is.....

That was a really good day. Them hillbilly Norfolk back roads are the best. All I needed was to paint a Confederate Flag on the roof, weld the doors up and fill the boot/trunk with some good ole' moonshine.... I think I'm in love and its called a stock Model T..... Whats wrong with me, I need help...
