What is location of the Broken Dream Cruise this year ?

Is the "broken dream cruise" a satirical play on the fact that Dream Cruise is a mess? Or is there actually a gathering called "broken dream cruise"?

Both...It's an actual gathering...this is the 10th year...always the weekend before the Dream Cruise...hosted by Jeff Shea and the Deadbeats...do a search on here, it's been covered several times...
