Great old trailer!! Love that old color scheme.
I bought mine about 8-9 years ago, real cheap. It sat at my folks place until I retired in '09. It's an Aljoa Sportsman 1954. When the lady opened the door and I looked inside I had to be careful not to give away my excitement - it was like opening a time capsule, dusty and dirty but all original and in awesome shape! No one butchered anything. The outside was virtually pristine too. I bought a '55 F100 to tow it with and a bunch of '50s dishes and stuff put in the cupboards.
The wife and I took it to the last Eagle Field drags and stayed all weekend, best weekend at the races I've had in a long time due in large part to that comfortable old trailer. It's been to the coast beach camping a bunch. I'm not changing anything, just keep fixing things as they need it and I'm slowly getting the outside polished up.
Just tried to load a picture and I see that someone's been screwing with my computer. I'll post some when I find them.

Look on Youtube, a guy named Larry "Mobiltec" restored an identical trailer, he has loads of trailer restoration videos if anybody is looking for info on restoring old trailers.

Restoring the Deville Part 1 (of 43!!!)

Remember, the Deville is in the details lol.
