I’m otay - just had to put the car on the back burner - my Aunt whom told me it was her car and I bought it - became blind and diabetic she had no one to help take care of her so my brother and sister and some of our cousins took turns helping take care of her - I had just retired so I would go down to help out for a week or so - we all pitched in until she got sick and required to be placed in a nursing home where she later passed away - finally got the car running a few weeks ago but still have several things to sort out
Sorry to hear about your aunt. It was nice the family chipped in to help. You can always finish the car. You did what was right.
Well Chris you know this hobby - for most people it’s 2 steps forward and 1 step back - but for me it’s 1 step forward and 2 steps back - me thinks I’ve passed myself twice already - with fuel pump leaking after I got it back running again and researching for a better one and because of my already plumbing in fuel line I was limited to my replacement - found one but then had to modify it and of course spend more money than I already have - finally got it back running - then went to flushing out radiator and engine and decided to get my heater working found out it wasn’t - had to call manufacturer and troubleshoot problems - had to take apart and disconnect plumbing and wiring in order to repair - got it back running and working - now I’ve got to jack up car and install front fenders headlight bar and headlights - wire up install fog lights - front apron - adjust rear shocks and panhard bar plus several little things and save up money for taxes and tags and insurance - so here we are broke and still piddlin away - enjoying every day given Hope you are well and safe - thank you kindly for asking Brother Flea Later
