the old fella that is teaching me a few things about pinstriping has been trying to sign up for quite a while with no luck. i tried entering his information for him while at his house today and hit submit, and it said that all fields were not filled in, even though they were when i hit submit. hub said that that had been happening to him, and once or twice he got through and it said he'd get the email confirmation in 24 hours. hasn't gotten the email yet, and i tried it on my computer with the same "required fields not filled in" results.... what gives?
I had the same problem, turns out my spam blocker at the ISP I am using was dumping the return e-mail. I ended up signing up from my work e-mail to solve the problem...hope this helps BB
don't know if that was it or not. perhaps his did the same thing and he never looked in the trash or bulk mail or whatever folder and the message was lost, and since there already might have been an initial password, it might not recognize the attempt at creating one when he tries to re-sign up. hmmm. maybe another name with spam settings set to "stun" is the answer...
