Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by phastwilliam, Oct 28, 2014.

  1. Hello every body, Can somebody help me with the female connector that mounts to the outer housing of the column at the bottom, it has a slide switch for the directional lights and a bunch of spades for other functions .this column did not have a key ignition system ..I have this switch, what I need is the pigtail that would plug into it, or some info about it Thanks

nice link for modern cars, but they don't seem to have the old Packard 56 style connector that were used in the 1960s.

Posting a picture of the thing you're trying to connect to, would be a big help.

Would this be the one? Its for the signal switch at the bottom of a 1966 chevelle tilt column.

that is the 6 pin version that fits the Chevys....I had a switch off a 66 caddy that was similar but had more terminals, I think for cornering lights.

If you can't find a rivi in a junkyard to cut the pigtail off of, then you can probably cheat and use individual female 1/4" spade terminals
