Buick(?) Aluminum Inline 6 - Anyone know what this is? I already stumped Squirrel!!!!

    Cadillac used aluminum crankcases for their V-8 engines starting in 1915. The cylinders were iron castings. Those engines are physically huge.

    Went on a little tin hunting hiking trip with some friends this morning...look what we found....looks like it was used as a power source for a small mine.
