Pictures are good, now what did you do? Looks like a adaptor to use a _______ hub. Pattern drilled in Buick drum and a spacer on spindle to use _____ backing plate.
Really help out to have a lot more details listed.

I bought a pair of trailer backing plates from etrailer for $99.00 each, these are fully loaded Bendix style 12" x 2" shoes, bought a pair of trailer hubs with late model Ford 5 on 4 1/2" pattern, $ 60.00 the pair with bearings and races.

I re-drilled the drums to suit the 5 on 4 1/2" stud pattern.
I done some careful measuring and turned up some Aluminium spacers from some 150 x 50 stock to space the backing plate and hub in the correct location. Turned down some steel stock to suit the seal and Ford inner bearing this was a shrink fit onto the early Ford stub axle.

The only thing I need to check is the slave cylinders to see if they are of the correct Inside diameter, if not late model Ford 60's through to 80's will bolt in.

Other wise the conversion has come out pretty well.
