Buick engine swap

    I have a 65 lesabre and it came stock with a 300 buick motor attached to a st400 trans what year nailheads can I swap in minimal to no problems attaching it to the trans? Also if anyone can give me any info on some good machine shops in the LA area that deal with alot of buick stuff thanks guys

    Nailheads have a unique bellhousing, the 300-340-350-400-455 all use the BOP bellhousing.

    Look for a 401-425 preferably 65-66 with it's ST400 (TH400) trasmission.
