Try using the search function, and if you find 2 sets, let me know!! Started in 58, maybe on some models in 57. They were 45 fins until about 64 then changed to 90 fins. The 90 fins drums are on all the full sized Buicks up through 71 or until all the big cars came standard with disc brakes.
The 45 fin ones look the best (IMHO) - though they are also the most expensive. The other fin patterns are easier to find and you'll pay a bunch less - though they don't look anywhere near as nice as the 45's. If you're buying them on that E@%$ site - make sure thay guarantee that when you receive them that non of the fins are broken -- as that kind of defeats the purpose! I'm going to run the 45 ones on both front and rear of my coupe. Wilson Welding makes a really cool finned aluminum backing plate (with 2" bendix brakes) that match the fin pattern on the drums. They're not cheap, but Wilson makes a nice product and if you have the $$$ to spend - a really nice setup. He makes the backing plate/brake setup to fit the early ford spindles and also the Big Ford rear end patterns (maybe others). If you're setting up a rear, you'll have to figure out your own parking brake setup - though he can supply some of the parts. Also - Wilson Welding has new Iron front hubs (Buick drums to early Ford spindles) that match the Buick drum - with various bolt patterns. Yes, there are other ways to do this (for obviously less $$$) - though Wilson isn't a bad deal for what you get and the level of service they offer.
My 57 Roadmaster has them but I was told that only Roadmaster 75's that were introded in march of 57 ahd them.
