Anyone know the names of the two brothers that built this car in the 50's.The guy told me there names but i forgot.Think he said they moved on to making speed parts. If not i can just ask him next friday.
Tony, That car was built by Tony & Joe Paisano. It was later purchased by Herb Ogden. The '41 Buick was then taken to Barris' shop for paint and additional work. My old friend, Kurt McCormick owns it. I've seen the car many times, Kurt's driven it to Starbird's as well as KKOA events. It's a very nice, historic vehicle that Kurt's preserved very well since he acquired it. Thanks for posting the pix ! Jonnie King
The custom Buick was owned by Tony Pisano. Tony's brother, Joe, was the owner of the Venolia piston business and a successful drag racer - Supercharged Gas Coupes, Fuel Altereds and Funny cars. Joe passed away a few years ago but Venolia is still operated by the Pisano family. Tony's brother, Carmen, founded Wedge Engineering to make items like flywheel adaptor housings and other items. Tony had a custom paint facility. www.montgomeryhotrodbooks.com

Lets not forget Barry Mazza who restored the car, and brought it back to how it most likely was first built by the Pisano brothers. Barry worked with Joe Gentiempo, Rusty Yacyanick and Bob Eckstandt on this ten year restoration. This is how it looked when Herb Ogden owned it in the mid 50's This is how Barry got it.
