Does any one have any more pics or the build specs of this 1934 truck?
has it appeared in any magazines with these details?
I'm digging the wheel base and the stance and i just wanted some more info on it if it's available?

    It's not a Model A.....
It look's like Jimmy Shine's truck....which has been in TRJ, Rolls and Pleats, among others I'm sure.

Had red wheels last time I seen it....

It's like shine's, but I think that's a Roy Flake build. bare bones it's called?

    It's a '34 and looks a great deal like Jimmy Shine's....which is a good thing I think.

  5. Steve, That truck is in Speed & Chrome Illustrated Vol#2 Issue#3. It is called bare bones and says its owned by Rick Flake of Fresno, Ca. Call me or p.m. me for specific details.

Shines inspired to say the least. The ride height looks like it is actually drivable unlike the voodoo larry stuff.

I had a rag somewhere with that build. I think he said he went for a semi-clone of Jimmy Shine's truck. It is very close. I think I like it better. Those wheels are my favorites of all time.

Jimmy Shine painted his pickup from what i understand. Remember on his TV show last year everyone begged him to leave it in bare metal, but he wouldn't listen, saying "it's my pickup, so I'll damn well do with it what I want, and I want to paint it." (Or words to that effect). I like shine's pickup a bit better that the one pictured in this thread... but i haven't seen it with paint yet.

  13. He did'nt paint it it is still bare metal.
