12 years ago at age 73. Building 3 hot rods WITHOUT ANY OUTSIDE HELP! They all have been on the road for about 10 years now. The frame is for my 4 carb Studebaker powered rat rod. The 28 is a roadster PU for a customer. The 27 is mine. Now I am trying to finish my 29. Just about done with a supermodified and starting a 32 for my grandson.
Beautiful passionate work brother .... I sure you could teach us all some real good things in designing and building frames and much much more. I've built all my cars from scratch alone and enjoy it.
I feel lazy just having two going on. Model A roadster with a DeSoto hemi, and the DeSoto wagon he Hemi came out of. I'm grateful I have something to do, otherwise being newly retired would be pretty boring this year.
The customer 28 I built and my 27. I stopped building radiators and painting the cars I built. It was getting too be too much work for me.
