Hot Rods bulldog cam from langdons

i am building a 261 and bought a bulldog cam and lifters from langdons, but have lost the cam card it came with.. would anyone have one they could post a picture of for me? i would also like some info on how to degree in the cam, some pictures would be nice.. thank you for any help
