I jumped on this the other day. by impulse mostly. 29 Tudor. Flatty from a fire pump originally, straight pipes, Pegamoid is stock and crackeled. Interior smells like a moist cellar. I LOVE IT !!
Yeah. he he. Havent yet decided what to go for. probably th pale yellow. everyone else have reds....or maybe something complety different. But some other issues to be adressed first
OK, for those of us not up on Model A's...what the hell is Pegamoid...??? I've never heard that term before... R-
n. A waterproof varnish used, applied to surfaces, in bookbinding and upholstery I had never heard of it either?
he he. I dont know the American therm but we call it Pegamoid in Norway. The "rubber"-ish covered piece of canvas on the roof.
Has nice look to it, it must have pumped some water with that carb setup, lol, and I'd go with yellow looking wheels Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
I'm wondering if the dark blue(like was originally on my '28) would look cool on those wheels? Or maybe I'm crazy. Hard to say.
I was looking at the wheels themselves, so standard wide 5's in the front, but it appears to be wide 5's trimmed to fit different hoops in the rear? And in 15"??
It seems like widened wide 5s in the rear, but Ill probably meet the guy who did the car this week-end and Ill ask him whats up. and yes 15" in the rear. 16" up front with 6.00
Hey Atle! So you did sell your Merc. That is one cool model A you got instead and quite different from the Merc.If you need to redo the roof I have some tip for you that keeps the old stock look of it.Just give me a message. Good luck and enjoy the new one Kenneth.
