It shifts fine but has a ****py B&M floor shifter in it, just bolted to the top of the tunnel with a cable running to the trans. Well. the Lokar I have wasn't quite that simple but close, the bracket comes in three pieces so that it's fully adjustable, so you need to line things up a little. You will also need to wire and adjust the neutral safety switch, but if you follow the directions and take your time, it's pretty much cake

I've been running the cable type shifter fof apx. 5 yrs w/o any problems.
