C4 Transmission Fluid Capacity Question..

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Cadillacin Marcus, Jun 11, 2004.

  1. If I remember right the C4 takes around 9 qts dry.And most of that is in the Torque converter. How many Qts when changing out a filter?

1965 Motors manual says 3 quarts. Then go thru the hot check level ground shift thru the gears routine.
