Cab from 54 f350 and 54 f100 the same or different?

Hello I'm new here and trying to gain info I have a 54 Merc m100 and I'm trying to find parts such as door windows/ mech as well the rest of the cab parts. Were the cabs actually the same with different fenders? or were they slightly bigger? Thanks for any int on this.

 

Same cab, same hood, same grille, just different fenders. Welcome to HAMB.
