Nothing more boring to me than a ''Checkbook Collection'' of Newish Porsche or Fazzazi's Collecting is about special stuff you enjoy AND for me no ''Sets'' of anything
hahaha, it does look like a hurricane. It was a complete motorhome less engine when i started, that is now the bare frame and suspension. Used a sledgehammer, sawzall, crowbar and a little torching to get down to the frame. All that body and interior stuff piled up my car trailer front to back, side to side, about 5 feet high. Cost $80 to dump it at the landfill. Unfortunately that is far as i have gotten on it, just the bare chassis and the cab and front end sitting on it, not mounted. With other projects, this COE will likely stay in this shape for a couple years. I need to build my wife's 37/38 Chevy convertible first. I think my neighbors were happy to see it get stripped, before it sat up and was very visible over the fence. My neighbors are all pretty cool and like my old cars, i try to keep the junk behind the fence on the side yard so it's clean out front.
hi, new guy here I like COE's too I had a 40 dodge coe for awhile and sold it but I am building 2 COE's right now. my older one was the purple and white one(below) and the new ones are dodges also, the first one is a 35 dodge coe, dodge never made a coe in 35 so I am it will have a turbo diesel in it for power, and a car hauler bed. the other one is a 42 dodge COE and I chopped it 3 1/2" and sectioned it 4" and it will have air ride suspencion and have a mid engine supercharged 440 in it. Ron...
Todd Paulson of Paulson automotive has a COE flatbed with a tornado motor and tranny. He daily drives it.With everything up front he was able to have the deck heighth real low. It's perfect for lowered shit.Plus with a stock 455 it turns 14s if it hooks up.
Any one have a '38-'47 Ford COE they want to sell? I am looking for a cool project. I haven't seen one at any car show here on Long Island, New York.
Old thread here but not outdated. I'm really liking these COE's. Def. like to see some more posted here. Later.
