Caddy 365 to full flow oil filter?

    I'm not so sure that it can be done.

    Instead, I'm taking what I believe is a better route. I'll be using a 390 long block from '60 to '62. These engines have all the oil system upgrades (full flow, spin on filters, non floating oil pick-up screens, shallower pans) plus the benefits of better flowing heads and more cubic inches.

    The 390 engine will be dressed with my 365 parts, so it will look like the original (well, until the spin on filter is seen hanging off the backside of the block!)

    Thanks, wish I would thought of that earlier. I'll keep it in mind for the next one.
