While the wife was at the Farmer's Market today I spent a little time at a local Caddy show. Had some beautiful cars. A lot of convertibles as well. Hope you enjoy the pics.
I love this interior And there was one loan Pontiac in the parking lot. and few artistic shots ala Scootermcrad
Glad you all enjoyed the pics. The cars were all original, no heavily modified or customized Caddies. I thought you would love the Poncho, Scooter.
Thanks for sharing the pics.Caddy guys are the BEST!. I belong to a Caddy region here in NJ.Nice stuff!!!!!!!.
Oh the dirty things I would do to that 49...... thanks for sharing. A Pontiac at a Caddy show? Hmm....sounds like there is a joke in there somewhere.
Caddy guys are great. But I did have some tell me I should paint my flat black roadster. I told him it was painted just used a flattening agent. He wouldn't believe me. He jsut shook his head in disgust and said it takes all kinds. I thanked him for saying it wasnice enough to paint, but it woudl need a lot of work before it could get a shiney paint job. He chuckled and moved on. Seemed like a nice enough guy.
I have dealt with a lot of different groups of car guys and Caddy guys have always seemed a little strange to me. I love Cads and have owned a ton of them, but the owners are a different breed. AMC people are even stranger. The 1950's MoPar forwardlook owners are a really good bunch. Except for the Chrysler 300 owners, they are very well grounded and are used to working on their own cars. Roadsterpu, Is this an annual event or just a one time thing? Who put it on? Wow, That 1953 Eldorado is awesome... Never seen one in black before. Thanks, Josh
Don't know if this is a periodic show or not. I did not read the flyer that carefully. It was a show and lunch for the Caddy LaSalle club at the local country club. It was a ergional show for the club. http://www.cadillaclasalleclub.org The site has a lsit of events an a contact list if you wish to contact the person putting on the event.
