Soon - Haha! Just waiting on the chrome now, should be ready tomorrow - then I can post some decent "finished" pics. Thanks to all for all the kind comments.
That looks great Gator. I will be looking forward to checking it out and saying Hi in Florida next month.
Awright, not gonna say it's finished but it is mostly in one piece now. Thanks again to Jason and Mike (EarlSchieb) for all the help, it wouldn't be nearly so far along without it.
WOW!! How could it life get any better then a Chopped Purple Caddy?? Kongrats on the build, your on top of the World. Happy Trails, Mick
Yep...that rear window and the top finished that way just captured the correct look...looking fine now... R-
Gator, it looks great, I like the cruiser skirts, and you know I'm all for purple chop top cads, good job, can't wait to see it in person.
I think I'm going to make Mike bring me by on Saturday.....you going to be around? I gotta see your Caddy in person and I don't want to wait till June.
Absolutely, I was hoping to see you while you're here - I'll give Mike a shout. Here are some 'before and after' pics as well so you guys can see some of the changes we made. Last season: Stripped this past fall: Ready for '08!!!
I like it too, but almost lost it coming back from DixieFried in Atlanta last year. With a full tank of gas and the trunk loaded with camping gear, pinstriping stuff, and a cooler my 'Drag plaque' does just that - it had bounced off the pavement so many times it came loose, had to stop and make an emergency repair with plastic zip straps.
