cadillac cam grinds

    ive got a 56 cadillac motor, and want to regrind the cam. im looking for some cam grind specs to use with stock set up. anybody have some suggestions?

    Not trying to hijack the thread.....Where is a good place to send out a 365 ci caddy cam to have it reground?

    You guys might want to try his dude. Loves anything but SBC's. Really into the old stuff. Hemi, nailhead, flathead. May be worth a call. His prices are reasonable as well.

    We also regrind cams. Most v-8 street applications are $125 plus freight.

    Isky charges $90 for a re-grind on my 331 cam. I think I'll do that.

    I would NOT recommend regrinding your core.
    On the early Cads the base circle was quite small to start with.
    Buy a cam on a new cast billet.

    Most any cam grinders can supply them.
    Just tell them what you want for a grind and specify on a new cast billet.
