My question is, will the convertible cage from 1961-1964 work ? Im missing the cage for mine and I found a '64 cage and was hoping it would work. I know that the latches are all the same and alot of the other parts are as well.
Are you referring to the top bows, etc. as the "cage"? Not in my Hollander that covers that time frame. My guess would be that it will or could be made to work. I know that 61-64 Chevys had virtually identical top mechanisms. I wouldn't hesitate to get the '64 parts and modify if necessary. Charlie
Yeah I mean top bows etc. The entire convertible iron. The header bow is the same part number so Im guessing its the same Top
Need some help I told the guy I would come check it out tomorrow. He's got it on craigslist for $200 for everything. Pumps, cylinders etc so I need to know if it will work.
