Hi all, I purchased an old cadillac 331 that's got an isky Q-400 cam in it. Does anyone have any info or specs? I want to measure it and make sure it's not toast. Thanks!

  2. Why don't you just call Isky and ask them ?

Dang that was a lot of money in 58! Caddy stuff has been expensive since the beginning!

Hell yeah it was expensive. $125 in 1958 is equivalent to $1356 today!

Someone explain Hyperbolic vs Parabolic. I get it is a geometry term, but I slept through most of that class…

Keep in mind that it's Iskenderian; he also used terms like "5 cycle" and "super le gerra". Probably more of an advertising ploy than anything else.

I think hyperbolic has a couple extra bolics than parabolic. Maybe that’s where the extra cycle came from.

I thought the hyper bolics were just faster....

Gotta be faster if you’re fitting an extra cycle in the same rotation.
