Cadillac part....what is it?

Please help me identify this part. My build is a 2 door 1954 Cadillac with a 1972 El Dorado 500. Thank you.

 

Windshield washer tank and pump.

 

That would be the glass jar for the windshield washer fluid. Attached on the tin lid is the pickup for the fluid.

 

is this a desirable part? seems like it would be rare.
