Hot Rods Cal. license plate dimensions

I'm looking for a frame for my 51 ny plates and found these on ebay

I've tried to ask the seller for bolt hole spacing dimensions, but I never got a reply.
Could a cali guy get a measurement for me, the bolt hole spacing, and confirm the 14x6 dim he listed,

Check out www.oldplateguy.com. He specializes in vintage Cal. plates and frames. I was going to purchase a license plate frame from him for my '46, NY plates but the Cal bolt hole is different. He got right back to me.

 

Yeah, I came across his site. I don't mind redrilling my plates if there off some, I was just hoping someone could grab a couple measurements for me

 

My '51 plates are 13 13/16" x 6 1/16". Bolt holes are 7 3/4" center to center.
