Projects California Carport Thunderbird

Here is a Thunderbird that was owned by a "Post Mistress" in Calif for 54 years.

Cooling problems led to having the hood louvered

She was quite short so her garage friend lowered the Bird 2"

She allowed her "garage friend" drive the Thunderbird & make any changes he deemed needed.

When I found the Thunderbird someone had stolen the hardtop & radio.

Thunderbird is "NOT FOR SALE"

Great car. The '55s were always my favorite Thunderbird.

So how are you coming across all these "finds" anyway?
