   Has anyone used the adapter to use the early flathead cam pre 48 in the 48 to 53. It looks like to me the dizy drive gear is about .100 shorter when bolted on the older cam. than the stock 48 to 53 cam gear is.

   I have used the adapter thru Speedway and with a MSD dizzy for 49-53 everything worked well—-no problems encountered.
