    Where's the provisions for the throw-out fork?
    That mounting pad sure looks like manual trans--actually, looks like GM 3-4 speed manual trans, from what I could see.

    I don't think it's for a C4. The C4 main body mounts to the bell housing with 7 bolts, this only has four holes.

    Doesn't a FMX have 4 bolts?

    Yeah, the photo angle's bad, but i agree with GM stick shift trans (Muncie, Saginaw, T-10), but sure looks Gm trans to ?????????? Also is that a starter clearance bell or some weird enclosed clutch fork housing?

    The bolt spacing is wrong for a GM manual trans, the top two bolts are too close together. Looks like how the old Cruisomatic would bolt on, though.

    No clutch fork hole.

    The big starter releif is for the old style Bendix drive that Ford used on the Y block.
