can anyone decode this sbc

I can't seem to find these codes anywhere on the net or the books I have. Just trying to figure out what's in my 54

front pass. side lm1022 9vp- from what i found if i read it right says 69 350 taxi motor

rear driver on flange 1006603 or 1066036- my buddy said i missed a 0 but not sure.

Also has anyone heard of I missing number of the vin on a 57 Chevy 2 door wagon.

thats the closest I could find

all the blocks thru the 50's and 60's started with a 3 as the first digit in the casting #
