Technical Can anyone ID this Bumper?

Pardon my ignorance, but can anyone tell me what this front bumper is from? Was on Muttley's old coupe and he doesn't know either...

Looks like Lincoln Zephyr, 39 or 40

 

Don't think so,,Zephyr bumpers come to sort of a peak in the center.

It does remind me of a mid 30's Nash. HRP

Look at some Studebaker photos--37-40 . Just a guess
