Hot Rods Can anyone identify the year/model of this coupe?

I've been told it was a Chrysler. I know the driver relocated the rear axle and engine a few times. I really appreciate the help that H.A.M.B. fans have given me in the past.

 

1937 or 1938 Plymouth or Dodge

 

Yup 38 Mopar of some kind

 

From Canada, eh? That's a fair size country. Where in Canada did this car run?

 

Belt line looks closer to Dodge than Plymouth. Chrysler different altogether.
It's always a Dodge!

 

Second Pic is not a rumble seat. Is that a tumble seat?
