Technical Can Anyone Identify These Gauge Panels????

I know the top one is Not out of an Essex, although it is close. This one has no pine cone or pine needle embossing, and the inside corners are rounded in by the gauges. The bottom one eludes me and the closest resemblance I could find was 1930's Chrysler. If anyone could help me identify these it would be much appreciated.
