Hi everyone, I'm a big fan of this car. This is the only picture I've ever seen of it. Judging by the distributor location and the decal on the grille insert, it's still powered by some sort of four-cylinder Ford. Overall, it looks very well-built. Maybe you've seen it before? I've scoured the internet and my library and I can't find a thing. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Joey, The photo comes from a web sight : GEORGE KL*** REMEMBERS... It is filled with thousands of vintage g***er pictures. Some have info, some don't. The same picture you have I found, but zero info. But it's a start, and you will really dig it! Here's the thread on the HAMB. It's from 2007. @Don Moyer - early version of determination? The visor may be the proof. Not to mention the front suspension.
A post on a ModelCarsMag forum identified the location as Old Bridge, NJ in "about 1964", but they were looking to identify the car too. They did have this pic of the engine:
As I recall, "Determination" was originally red(?) before switching to a silver with black fenders scheme. It was chopped and running a V8 before the paint scheme changed. The visor looks very similar, but the holes on Determination's visor are distinctively unevenly spaced. Also, the suspension and grille shell are different and Determination has cowl lights and a rollbar peeking through the roof which are absent here, and also ran without splash guards. I do not think this is car is related to Determination. It could definitely p*** for a sister car though.
I know as much as the rest of y'all. I've had that same pic in a folder and kept it as a reference. Other cars like The Maratta Missile and Determination I sought after information. Unfortunately, I don't know anything other than it's a neat old A.
