The guy(Ron) who owns the car is actually from Council Bluffs Iowa. He found the car about 25(?) years ago and redid it. Showed it a few years and sold it to a guy from Omaha Nebraska which is across the river. The car went downhill from there, Ron repurchased it a couple years ago and is forsale again. A guy from around Sedalia Missouri stopped by my place about 3 weeks ago lookin for a car to buy(pickin). He said he drove up to buy the Vette, Was misrepresented, was in worse shape and in a few pieces scatered across the garage. Was thinkin he said it was a different color but don`t quote me on that. The pic`s with the Nebraska plates I`m guessin are close to 20 years old. Any current pic`s of the car.

I posted a few days ago that this car for the last 25 years has been and still is from the Omaha, Council Bluffs area.

there,s alot of things i don,t like but if you look at the base car it could work this looks like a car that was built in the early 60,s and then people just keep adding and changeing alot clean up take the junk off and i think you would a 60,s custom i say go for it you and your gang have the eye to make this a nice 60,s style

opinions welcome, I already found out what I wanted, and I am more than pleased with what Im finding out. The car doesn't even have those wheels on it anymore along with the side pipes, only thing is the hood scoop. I personally love the color looking past the dust of course, Ill keep you guys posted for those that have interest in traditional and original kustoms. As far opinions go it's what I expected from the message board so it doesn't bother since it seems like the hamb's turning more into a hot rod/gasser site rather than kustoms, alteast in my opinion, which is why I'm mainly in the classified section. No disrespect to the hamb because I do go on it almost everyday and there is some good stuff and great people, but its just sad when you hear my brother tell my friend to join facebook because there more kustoms on there than here.

    Just a sneak peak

I hear that, seems to be two different cultures that dont go well together. the ones who care about looks & dont care how fast it goes, and the ones who dont care about looks & only care about how fast it goes.
think sometimes it would benfit from 3 sub forums. traditional hotrodding, gassers & drag racing, kustoms.
