I have the bracket on either end, wondering how it attaches in the center, or am I missing a bracket?

    Thanks Kevin

The belt rail or dash bar ties the two cowl posts together. There ar the two mounting brackets where the bar meets the posts on each side then there are two L-brackets closer to the center of the bar. The dash rail or cover, bolts with two big screws on each end and the two big screws to the L-brackets in closer to the center.

You can buy the brackets from any model A sparts supplier. Snyder's P/N is A-1001-ACB

That's exactly what I was looking for.

The end pic worked too. I think one of mine is slightly tweaked.
