Can anyone tell me what body style this is?

I bought this car a few years ago from an old lady in central California but I am not sure what it is other than a 53 chevy with two doors. Is this a "business coupe" or simply "coupe"? My neighbor insists that it is a "postman's coupe" and that they are very rare. I don't think so. I've seen plenty of these at car shows. Is he right?

Does it have a back seat? If so it's simply a coupe, that would be my first guess. Business Coupes usually did not have a back seat, this is where you put your products that you were hocking, thus the term, business mans coupe. I couldn't tell you about a postmans' coupe because I have not heard that term before. This doesn't mean it's not though. I am far from an expert on '53 Chevys. I'm sure someone else can tell us though.
