Projects Can anyone tell me what year ford this bed is for?

I bought this bed for my 37 pickup and was thinking this should go on my 40 pickup.I have a newer one on it now.Can anyone tell? Thanks, Exterminator

 

Bed is 35-47. Fenders 33/4 (or maybe 32). You can probably recoup a chunk of your investment by selling the fenders
