Technical Can I mount my Buick drums to F 1/ F100 hubs?

I have a set of F 1 / F 100 hubs and need to know if I can use them to mount my Buick finned drums or do I need car hubs. Outside of the inner bearing, is there any difference? Thanks,

F-1 and F100 hubs are different. Neither is a good easy match for the Buick drums. Get the 42-48 outside flange hubs.

 

I was afraid of that. Didn't have any car hubs around to compare. Thanks
